DIRECTOR OF LEASING STRATEGY

Mark Ziemke serves as the Director of Leasing Strategy for Luxury Living. He oversees all on-site leasing strategy execution, including ongoing release schedules, pricing, signage placement, model installations, and tour path planning.

In addition, he manages high-level relationships with developer clients, construction companies, and property management partners, as well as oversees pre-development consulting, which includes rent and PPSF forecasting, exhaustive comp studies, architectural floor plan review, and comprehensive development analysis.

Mark brings over 10 years of real estate experience, including three years as a top broker, two years as an on-site leasing agent during the lease-up of 500 Lake Shore, and most recently, launching over 35 properties over five years with Luxury Living. He uses his unique renter’s perspective ideology to create the perfect balance of understanding what the market needs while achieving the highest possible PPSF for our developer clients.

After spending the majority of his life in California, where he received his degree in Advertising from Chapman University in Orange, CA, he spent 10 years in advertising and marketing as a copywriter and interactive project manager before turning to real estate in Chicago. Mark has spent the last 12 years in Chicago with his wife, Amy.
